Add the site to your phone like an app

There's nothing to download. Your phone can pin the site to the home screen, where it opens full-screen with its own icon — no address bar, no browser tabs.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open Safari and go to the website.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Rename the shortcut if you want, then tap Add.

Android (Google Chrome)

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to the website.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen or Install app.
  4. Confirm by tapping Add or Install.

Tip: your builds and sign-in carry over — it's the same site, just without the browser chrome around it.

What this is

A free, fan-made build planner for My Hero Ultra Rumble. Tell it which tuning effects you want and it tells you which costume can actually fit the most of them — then fills the slots for you.

How to use it

  1. Optimizer — pick a character, tick the effects you want, and read the ranked list of costumes. Each page has a How to use this page button that walks you through it with real screenshots.
  2. Manual Builder — already know the costume? Pick it and fill the slots yourself.
  3. Save it — name your build and keep it. Sign in and it follows you to every device, and you can publish it to Community.

Where the numbers come from

Tuning values, character stats and move damage are scraped from ultrarumble.com, which publishes the game's own balance data. Move damage is then combined with tick counts measured in game, because the site lists what one hit does but not how many times a move lands.

A costume's score is the total buff you can actually equip on it — every slot filled with the best card that fits, with your priority order respected and Monoma's Fixer applied where it helps most. A higher number means more of what you asked for.
